Market context

MOUZ and 9z meet in a Counter-Strike best-of-three group stage match at PGL Astana, scheduled for 11 May at 07:00 ET. The current market probability sits at 0% for MOUZ, suggesting either extreme confidence in 9z or a liquidity void in early trading. MOUZ, the European outfit, typically rank considerably higher in competitive Counter-Strike than the Argentine side, making a zero probability for the favoured team unusual outside of genuine match-fixing concerns or administrative cancellation.

Historical precedent matters here. Group stage matches at major PGL events rarely see the favourite priced at zero unless there's concrete intelligence about roster changes, visa issues, or withdrawal. MOUZ has maintained competitive standing in recent months, whilst 9z operates at a lower tier of international competition. The 0% reading likely reflects thin order books rather than genuine market conviction that MOUZ cannot win.

Traders should monitor PGL's official communications for any roster confirmations or scheduling changes in the days preceding 11 May. Visa delays affecting either team, particularly 9z's travel from South America, could trigger match postponement or forfeiture. Equipment or technical issues during group stages have occasionally forced reschedules. The settlement window extends to 17:00 ET on 11 May, providing a six-hour buffer after the scheduled start time, though any delay beyond seven days triggers a 50-50 resolution. Early liquidity entry at these extreme prices may prove valuable if MOUZ's actual match probability sits materially higher than zero.

Methodology

Methodologically we separate two layers: the live probability (Polymarket mid-price) and the platform attributes (fee, KYC, settlement currency, payment rails). That keeps the comparison honest — a single canonical probability across the row, with the venue-by-venue trade-offs spelt out in the columns next to it.

Resolution & payout
